Report templates
Instead of a wall of client logos, we would rather show you what the product already does. These templates share the layout, chapters and counting rules of the real reports in the admin console, which can generate them in Chinese or English.
Personal reports and long-term records

Personal session report
- Heart rate, RMSSD, SDNN and pNN50 at ○ ● ★
- Autonomic Age and six-axis radar
- Timeline within the session and trophies

Session stages
- How long it took to reach stable relaxation, and how many minutes it lasted
- Regulation pattern in this session
- Possible sleep pattern

Personal trends
- Before-session and during-journey trends, session by session
- Autonomic Age over time
- Session list and long-term participation
All three templates come from the personal report pages in the console, filled with a fictional person. Real personal reports are visible only to the person themselves.
Four organization report templates
Every template uses the same demo organization, Demo Corp., with 420 employees in 6 departments. In Q3 2026, 62 people took part in 312 attendances totaling 286 hours. The figures match across all templates.

ESG impact report

- Chapters 1 to 6: participation and coverage, immediate results, long-term baseline, autonomic regulation, continued participation, methods and limits

ESG session report

- Improvement overview: the data completeness funnel
- Six-axis radar, timeline within the session, relaxation targets and regulation patterns

- Sessions that need attention (four kinds, listed automatically)
- Day and time heat map, journey ranking, devices and data quality, session list

Advanced analysis
For analysts, EAP partners and research collaborators. Q3 2026.
- Start from a question: question templates
- Before-and-after differences, trends across sessions, timeline within sessions, achievements, Autonomic Age and stage trends
- Group comparisons (with 95% intervals, effect sizes and plain-language notes), period comparisons and research export fields
Which question each report answers
| Counting rule | Used in | Answers |
|---|---|---|
| Averaged by session | Operations | How did these sessions go overall? |
| One person, one vote (two-stage average) | ESG impact report, advanced analysis | How is this group of people doing overall? |
If A attends 10 sessions and B attends 1, the operations report describes those 11 sessions and the ESG report describes those 2 people. The numbers differ on purpose, and each report states its counting rule.
Mandala Hub measures accurately, publishes the calculation methods and produces the reports. Interpreting, disclosing and planning are up to your organization.
