A recovery system
for after the mission
Full recovery after every call-out. Immersive relaxation and pre-sleep sessions that personnel can use freely during standby, while on call and after duty.
What changes after adoption
- Recovery built into the duty rhythmAvailable any time in the standby room and after duty
- Quiet time together after a major incidentThe team relaxes in one session, within the existing support process
- Personnel use it with confidencePersonal records belong to the individual and never affect performance reviews
Three needs for rest in frontline units
Shifts, standby and on call
Duty rosters are dense and hours are irregular. Even on leave, it is hard to switch off.
After major incidents
After a major fire, accident or criminal case, people need time to settle. Beyond the existing support mechanisms, there is no everyday way to rest.
Hesitation to ask for help
Personnel worry that asking for help will get them labeled or affect their performance ratings and promotion. Units also have few counseling staff.
Mandala Hub sits alongside existing mental health programs as everyday rest that anyone can use. Personnel who need more help are supported by the unit's existing mental health programs.

Designed for trust: people come back when they feel safe using it
Personnel view their own measurement records, and the unit receives anonymized group statistics. Measurement data are never used for personnel decisions, performance reviews or duty assignments. This commitment can be written into the contract, and we provide a written explanation the unit can give its personnel.

Demo session before adoption
We hold a demo session in the standby room of a station, precinct or base. Personnel try it themselves, then the unit decides how to adopt it. After adoption, the unit schedules its own sessions.

Questions from frontline units
What data can the unit see?
Personal records belong to the individual alone. The unit sees anonymized group statistics, which are not used for personnel decisions, performance reviews or duty assignments. Policy and compliance
How does it work where phones and network connections are restricted?
Personnel can use the scenes directly. How phones are used follows your unit's rules and is planned during the consultation.
Who should be assessed before using it?
People with dissociative experiences, schizophrenia, delirium, severe depression, recent serious trauma or another psychiatric condition should first be assessed by a psychiatrist or psychologist. Assessment before use
How do relaxation sessions fit in after a major incident?
Professional support after a major incident is the job of the existing programs. A relaxation session is one stretch of time within that support that lets personnel quiet down first.
Start with one standby room
Tell us about your unit's duty pattern, spaces and information security rules, and we will arrange a demo session.
