Live capture: Floating stone shrine in the galaxy
- Mental health professionals
- Counseling and psychotherapy practices
Every session
starts from stability
Attune before the session, settle after it, and come back to the practice to relax between sessions. Immersive meditation and biofeedback, scheduled by the counseling or psychotherapy practice itself.
What changes after adoption
- Sessions get to the work soonerClients walk into the therapy room already settled
- Continuity between sessionsClients can come back to the practice's personal relaxation space, and each visit leaves a record
- Reaching people who have not sought help yetWith rest as the entry point, first contact comes more easily
Four common gaps in psychological services
Before the session
Clients often arrive tense. The first part of the session goes to helping them settle before the work itself can begin.
Between sessions
Sessions are usually a week or more apart. In between, clients have few chances to settle and nothing is recorded, so the next session often has to start by settling again.
People not ready for therapy yet
People who sleep poorly or feel worn out for a long time, but are not ready to talk, rarely reach out to professional services on their own.
Showing what an EAP achieves
Corporate clients want to see outcomes, while most existing data covers usage counts and satisfaction. What most employees need is rest.

Mandala Hub covers relaxation; psychologists lead the professional work
- First contact
- Immersive relaxation
- Session
- Settling after the session
- Relaxing at the practice between sessions
Mental health needs can be pictured as the six layers of a tree of life. When the groundwater and the deep roots are steady, relationships at ground level have something to draw on, and above them come new shoots, full leaves and blossoms.
Mandala Hub supports the bottom two layers: safety, stability and recovery in the containing layer, and awareness, focus and inner space in the holding layer. Professionals still lead these two layers. Work on belonging, aspiration, purpose and integration belongs to the psychologist.
Layer 1. Containing layer: safety, stability, recovery
- Physiological safety: the body steps out of a long-running threat response
- Autonomic regulation: keeping flexibility between activation and rest
- Sleep and recovery: falling asleep easily, staying asleep, waking up rested
- Stress recovery: returning to baseline quickly, without hypervigilance
- A safe haven: a sense of attachment that lets the nervous system settle
Layer 2. Holding layer: awareness, focus, inner space
- Emotional recognition: sensing and understanding one's own state
- Self-observation: a metacognitive view of one's emotional reactions
- Basic attention: sustaining focus and entering flow
- A wider window of tolerance: responding rather than reacting when emotions run high
- Inner space: steadying and widening one's psychological threshold through stillness and meditation
Service formats it fits
- Individual therapyAttune before the session; settle before leaving after it
- Couples and family therapyPartners or family members go through a journey together, attuning to each other before they talk
- Group work and workshopsAfter a themed group or talk, the psychologist leads a sharing round once the journey ends
- Between sessionsA journey in the practice's personal relaxation space, with the record reviewed together at the next session
Intake, retention and termination
Stabilizing support outside the talking session makes it easier for clients to come in, stay engaged and reach termination on steadier ground.
- A lower threshold for intakeClients come to relax, without first being defined as "having a problem"
- Better retentionSessions come to feel like time to recharge
- Steadier terminationWith a stable foundation, change is easier to sustain
How counseling practices and EAP providers use it
Counseling and psychotherapy practices
| Before the session | The client arrives early, goes through a journey in the personal relaxation space, then goes in to the session |
|---|---|
| After the session | Time to collect themselves after the session before leaving the practice |
| Between sessions | The client books time in the practice's personal relaxation space for a journey, and you review the records together at the next session |
| Couples and family | Partners or family members go through a journey together, attune first, then begin the session |
| Themed groups | Topics such as relaxing before sleep or coping with stress. After the journey the psychologist leads a sharing round. The psychologist chooses the group's name |
| Community sessions | Relaxation sessions open to local residents, so people not yet ready for therapy can get to know the practice first |
EAP providers
| On site at client companies | A group relaxation room at the company, led by an EAP psychologist or an in-house host |
|---|---|
| Talks and workshops | An immersive journey after the talk, so the content becomes something people actually experience |
| During counseling | Between sessions, employees in EAP counseling use the company's group relaxation room or personal relaxation space, or use it at home if the company has added the employee home license |
| Annual service report | Group summaries and impact reports go into the EAP's annual service report |
Setup and who can view records
| Counseling and psychotherapy practices | EAP providers | |
|---|---|---|
| Planning | The practice director | The clinical supervisor and the account contact |
| On site | Psychologists or administrative staff | EAP psychologists, or an in-house host at the company |
| Space | A personal relaxation space next to the waiting area; the group therapy room | A meeting room or break room at the company |
| Format | Mainly the personal relaxation space, with some group sessions | Mainly the group relaxation room |
| Who sees records | The client; the psychologist reviews them together with the client, with the client's consent | The company and the EAP partner see anonymized group reports |
Mandala Hub records are stored separately from the practice's case records. Whether to add them to a case record is up to the psychologist, under their professional standards. For how EAP partners work with us, see professional partnerships.

The mobile cart (add-on)
You can start without a dedicated relaxation room. The screen, projector and 3D host computer sit together on one cart. Wheel it into a therapy room, a group therapy room or a space by the waiting area, plug it in and begin. Afterwards it goes back to storage and the room returns to its usual use.
Demo session before adoption
Psychologists and staff go through one session first, then decide where it belongs in your service flow.
- Agree on a time and placeTell us what your team needs, the space you have and how many people will join.
- Go through a full sessionOur host demonstrates it: joining the session, the before measurement, the immersive journey and the measurement during it.
- Look at the reports togetherParticipants see their personal reports on their phones; your team sees the session report. Report templates
- Plan the rolloutWe discuss the right format: a personal relaxation space, themed groups or on-site EAP sessions at client companies.
