How to delete your account

You can delete a Bio Mandala Hub App account (developer: Big Heart Digital Culture Co., Ltd.) in the app or directly on the web without reinstalling the app.

Delete in the app

For users signed in with Google or Apple.

  1. Open the appMake sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. SettingsTap “Settings” at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Account SettingsOpen “Account Settings”.
  4. Delete AccountRead the explanation of what deletion will do.
  5. Type “DELETE” to confirmDeletion takes effect immediately and the app signs out.

Delete on the web

Use this method if you have uninstalled the app or do not have your phone.

  1. Open the deletion pageadmin.ibigheart.com/me/erase
  2. Sign inUse the same Google or Apple account you used to register in the app.
  3. Review the deletion scopeThe page shows the number of affected sessions and organizations.
  4. Confirm using your email addressEnter the email used to sign in. Deletion takes effect immediately.

The website and app use the same deletion process and have the same result.

Request assistance by email

If you cannot sign in (for example, your Google or Apple account was disabled), email asupeduer@ibigheart.com from your registered email address with the subject “Bio Mandala Hub Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity, process the request and reply within 15 days.

For identity verification, we ask only for your registered email and the sign-in method (Google or Apple), never your password.

What is deleted?

Account deletion cannot be undone. Registering again with the same account will not restore previous records.

Deleted immediately

  • Account and sign-in link
  • Nickname, Google name and avatar
  • Birth year/month and sex
  • Organization memberships
  • Sign-in sessions on all devices
  • Access to your personal reports and long-term trends

Retained without a link to you

  • Statistics from previous sessions: the identifiers on all records are replaced with a new random value and no old-to-new mapping is kept. These figures remain in the organization's group summaries, but cannot be linked back to you, including by us.
  • Server system backups: rotated out within at most 90 days.

On-device and cloud backups

Deleting an account in the app also removes locally stored practice records and copies from that device.

Google or Apple controls any app backup your phone previously saved to your own Google or iCloud account. We cannot access or erase those copies. You can manage them on your phone:

Android
Google Account → Data & privacy → Backup
iOS
Settings → Your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Backups

If you do not want to delete the entire account

Withdraw optional consent

You may withdraw permission for outcome publication or AI model training independently under “Settings → Data Authorization”.

Turn off on-site identity display

Your uploaded Google name and avatar are deleted when you turn it off.

Clear local data without signing in

Use “Settings → Account Settings → Clear Local Data”, or uninstall the app.
